I can't get the ticker thingy to work, so this is me:

S/W 100Kg
G/W 51Kg
C/W 95Kg
As I've got so much to lose, I think I'll be sticking with induction for a while - certainly don't see myself getting bored with the food list anytime soon.
I do have a question about measuring food though (I have bought & read to book). Is the veggie carb limit of 12-15 per day what we should be going on, or should we be sticking to the 2-3 cups method also mentioned in the book? Getting 12-15 carbs out of 3 cups of veg seems impossible to me
