Hi,
I’m new to Atkins, but not new to dieting. My original weight was 243 pounds and I am now 162.
I’ve been losing weight for a little over a year now using a low-calorie diet and exercise. I’ve hit the mother of all plateaus and Atkins was recommended as a way to break my plateau and shed those last stubborn pounds. I am on day two of the induction phase and feel a little fatigued, but other than that, I feel great. I miss my usual breakfast of fruit and oatmeal, but I’m willing to do anything, even give up my favorite foods in order to attain my goal.

"Don't look back, you aren't going that way."
