Hi! I tried this diet a long time ago and was successful. Now that my baby is almost three and I'm still carrying the weight from that pregnancy I thought it was a good time to revisit.
I started 10/11 at 155.8 lbs. 10/12 I weighed 154.0 and this morning i was at 153.6. My goal is 118 - my pre-pregnancy weight.
I have dropped about 20 pounds so far this year since I got serious but I think this is the boost I need to really get there and stay there. I mean, just look at those before and after pics!! You guys are so inspiring!!
I have already started having headaches from carb-withdrawal but it's worth it! I can't wait to see where I am at the end of induction and decide if I am going to extend it.
I'm really glad I found this forum - I'm excited to be here!
