    Hello!!

Ok, so here I am finally introducing myself. I've been lurking a while now and decided to take the plunge...

Let me start off by saying that I am a cross over from the SBD. I had alot of success on that but last year I quit smoking gained 30 lbs and then in July I had a hysterectomy. For the most part I eat healthy and needed a change. So here I am.

My name is Kristen and I am a 37 yr old SAHM. My husband is in the Army and they say we get to live in Maryland for a while. LOL

Oh ... I've read the book!!

Starting weight was 167.5 After one week I weighed in at 163. So far so good.

    Re: Hello!!

Welcome Kristen. I think I remember SB and Atkins being quite similar in the beginning but after than there is a big departure. Down 4 and a half already is a good sign.

        Re: Hello!!

Hi Kristen and welcome. Congratulations on your weight loss thus far. Sounds like you're off to a good start. By the way, I am also a military spouse. I can so relate to the military deciding where we will have the priviledge of living. LOL! Anyway after twenty plus years, I have gotten used to it. Have a great day and best of luck to you.
