  • Hello from NC

    I started the induction 3 days ago. I am looking to lose around 38lbs and get myself back into shape. I've been the same weight for a few years now. I've found the first 3 days ok; today I've been getting a little light headed but seem fine once I eat something. It's the evenings that get to me a little. I have a sweet tooth.

    The best thing is even though it's only been three days I am REALLY enjoying everything I get to eat and food is tasting better. Luckily, my boyfriend is doing this with me and he's been fantastic. His punchline "eating something you shouldn't be eating is like cheating on me", but it's meant in a good way.

    I've been looking at the boards and I am amazed by some of the stories I've been reading and people's before and after photos. I hope to post my before photos soon.

    These boards are great. The people are wonderful and so very helpful.
    Definitely be sure to read the book from cover to cover and then go back and reread the section of the book for the phase you are in.

      Hello and welcome aboard!

      The best way to kill a sweet tooth is to starve it. Won't take long before your sweet cravings diminish and then vanish.
