    Hi MAS,
It all sounds good. The best place to find information is in the book, The New Diet Revolution (DANDR). Follow those rules to a T and you will be off to a good start. Congratulations with losing 5.5 already.

You should post everything you have been eating and drinking (and quantities) in the review my menu section and people may have some ideas about what is going on.

If you are female it may be that time of month. Hormones can do a trick on our weight.

Re: Hello every body (New Member)

If your going to the gym is a new thing, you could be building muscle, which is a good thing. Remember that a square inch of muscle weighs more than a square inch of fat... so your weight might register as higher on the scale while you're still losing inches.

If you're worried, I'd echo Liv's advice that you post your menus in the Review my Menu forum. There might just be some little thing that needs tweaking.
Are you drinking lots of water? That's also very important.

Don't worry... give us more info and I'm sure we'll find out what's what. Remember too that weight loss is not linear. Here's a link to a great piece that you might find interesting: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard....read.php?t=5090
