  • Good grief!!!

I joined this forum in 2003!!!!!
I posted once, read a lot over the years, but never came back to post again.
I'm really not that interesting, I've got two kids and stay home. I was an editor before kids. I started Atkins in 2002 and was at my goal weight sometime in 2003 and stayed there until we moved out of state in 2005. My weight then rocketed up 63lbs. and stayed there until I re-started Atkins earlier this year. I lost about 13 pounds and once again fell off the wagon. Came back here to see if it could rev me up!!!! I still have my old weight goals up...I can't believe how little I weighed then!
Hope everyone is having a great day!

    Re: Good grief!!!

Good for you for stopping back here. I two had great success on Atkins and got down to a healthy weight but let some life changes get the best of me and I gained it back. Well I started back on Atkins and and 16 pounds are gone and I am not letting anything get in the way of my goal.

    Good luck!

        Re: Good grief!!!

don't be discouraged. I lost 30 pounds in 2003 and moved back to the states in 2004. In the past 5 years it has slowly crept back on (because I didn't stick to it). Just start with day one and we'll reach our goals in no time. It isn't a diet its a way of life and choices we make each day. I pray you will make good choices today and get the ball rolling. Glad you are here!
