How do you guys do, my name is Cassandra, my stats are 238/188/138
I was 183 1 week ago but decided to eat like mad before my induction and now I am 188
My birthday is coming up in about 2 weeks (induction time) and I hope/expect to be 169
, I know long shot but my current 188 is mosly from soda and eating late last night.

My plan
NO EATING AFTER 7pm
Workout 1 - 3 miles in the morning
Workout 2 - 2 miles near bedtime
