Hello. I'm starting this brand new. My sister started a couple weeks ago and lost 7 lbs. She is about the same size as me so that was a HUGE motivation. If she can I can.

Hi, Jewels ... welcome! You'll find this a very helpful and friendly site ... read everything, ask questions, check in often! Nice that your sister is doing Atkins, too ... the buddy system is a HUGE help, no doubt about it
