my name is Adam and im from Kent in England, ive tried this diet before and when i stuck to it properly it worked amazing, lost over 4 stone, years gone by and ive let everything slip and am at a worse weight than i was before, im finding it hard this time around and have fallen off the wagon so to speak quite a few times so havent really lost anything, going to start a fresh tomorrow, would be cool to hear from people who are doing well or just starting out, and id anyone lives near me,
