    Hi, I just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 27yo female. I am about to start atkins I found this forum by accident by am very very happy I did. Everyone seems very supportive of each other Well, I'm about to start atkins either this weekend or Monday morning, still need to get my fridge stacked with the good stuff, get rid of the bad stuff, take my measurements weight etc. and be on my way to my skinny self. I'm 5'8 and about 290 right now, so i'm thinking 170 sounds like a good number for now once I get there maybe I'll decide it should be lower by for now I think its realistic what do you think? any advice on everything and anything is very appreciated. I will be posting pics soon and all stats as well. For now HI and looking forward to this journey with all of you !!

    You are on your way to doing great, the best advice is to read the 2002 edition book and come check on the board often. Good luck, you will do great.

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

      Thanks need all the help and support I can get. I'm scared about the induction and the caffeine withdrawal , I'm a pepsi addict lol need at least one to get through the day without a headache.
