    Hi my name is Tammy, I have been looking around on this website for a while now and reading and getting information...I need to find my book, I still have questions reguarding induction but today is the day I am starting Atkins...still a little confused and lots of questions but I think this is a great place to be everyone seems so helpful...

    Welcome aboard Tammy! Nice to have you with us.
    The book you want is Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 edition). To start you off, you could read the stickies in the induction forum and look over the FAQs. You'll find lots of great info here and lots of support.
    Ask whatever questions you need to. There's always someone around to give you an answer and some advice.

    Post lots and keep us updated. We're all in this together!

      I do have a quick question as to if I can have sugar free jello on induction?

        To give you a quick answer, no.

        Welcome to the board, and yes "you can do this"
        40 year old male 6' 3"

        What I know:
        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
