    Hey everyone. Ok this is my second time on Atkins, the first time was a good experience but my friend who did it with me got sick and so I went into panic mode but after getting off my backside and reading up about it here I am again.

    I have been doing this now for 10 days and have lost 12lbs which is terrific and given me a real boost but then I have got a heck of alot of weight to lose but I must just do baby steps and not think of the whole amount as it becomes very daunting. I am still at the stage of battling myself away from the cereal and trying to get myself out of that, I will just have 1 cookie or 1 slice of toast mentality.

    I do wish you luck. I know where you are coming from with the cereal thing. That has been my hardest thing to give up. I don't know if I will ever truly get over it but I am loving the 30 lbs gone more than my daily bowl of cereal!!!
