Hello ADBB,

My name is Aisha. I am her for a lifestyle change and support. I have been battling weight for the last 2 years. I have always been small/petite with little curves, but a tragic death in my family caused me to eat out of control. I can not express how excited I am to been here. I did buy Atkins Essentials and I am half through the book. I am not sure what else to write, so if I have any questions I sure will ask.

Does anyone know where I can get a tracker or ticker?

Hello, Aisha and welcome!

You can get a ticker at the top of this page (on the menu bar there's a place called "tickers").

I recommend you get a copy of Dr. Atkin's New Diet Revolution (2002) - I got mine used for a buck fifty - as that's the book ADBB follows. It's really interesting reading.

I hope you find adopting this way of eating as easy and delicious as I have!
