    new to this website

    hi everyone..i'm kinda nervous about this whole posting thing.....but...today is my first day on this diet, i'm pretty excited. I read some of the bulletins posted and I was so surprised by the results..I can't wait until I can be one of those people posting a month and 30 lbs gone lollll..anyways...thats it for now loll
