Starting Atkins for the 2nd time
Hello everyone! I'm starting Atkins for the 2nd time (lost 53 lbs in 2003) and am now on the second week of induction. I hope to lose a significant amount of weight and I'm hoping this board will help keep me motivated! I'm about to become a Doctor and I know what a fabulous diet Atkins is and what wonders it can do. I am looking forward to talking with you all!
