    Hi,
    I have been on and off Atkin's diets for years. When I gain weight back , I go back on the Atkin's diet. I find that it is a diet that you are not starved on.

    Good for you, getting back on the Atkins wagon, and good news that you found this board. I'm hoping that maybe we can persuade you to stick with this way of eating for keeps.
    You're right... no way do you starve on this programme; and you get to eat in a truly luxurious fashion!

      Hi, Akewart!

      I must agree with Sally 100% - Atkins is meant to be a lifestyle change, not just a means to lose weight. Hopefully you can make it stick this time! It's not fun having to lose the same weight over and over again... I know how that is, believe me. If you'll check out my stats, you'll see that it has taken me more than one time of trying to reach goal.
