              Re: New to atkins

OK, so you first click on Start Ticker Creation.

              Then you select a background.

When you are done with selecting the background, go to the bottom of the page and click on Step Two: Select your Slider.

              Select a slider.

When you're done, go to the bottom of the page and click on Step Three: Input Text.

Choose a PIN. This will allow you to return for changing your ticker as you lose weight.

Fill in the other empty fields.

              Then click on Create Ticker.

On top of page you will be able to preview your ticker. Below this image, you will see some codes (HTML, BB, etc.). If you are happy with your ticker, copy the BB code and paste it in your signature (to edit your signature go on the ADBB main page and click on Quick Links, and then Edit Signature). If there is something you would like to change, there are some links at the bottom of the page (below the codes) that allow you to return to choosing the background, the slider or the text. Do not go back from the web browser, this will make your ticker expire.

After you are done creating your ticker, you will receive an automatic email with your username and password (the password is the PIN number you have chosen, the username is some random combination of characters). You will need this to modify your ticker, so keep them safe.
