Hey everyone!
I'm new to this board and also to atkins. I started atkins yesterday(11-10-0
so I'm excited to see some results. I am not new to dieting though, I have been up and down for quite a while now. I am 24 and a stay at home momma to my 2 year old daughter. I'm looking to lose about 60lbs and then see where I am at that point. I am curious though about what kind of results people see and in what time frames? I also was wondering if most people are exercising with this diet or not? I know that exercise is very important to have a healthy lifestyle and lose weight but does anyone lose weight on atkins without it?
I look forward to reading all of your posts and chatting with some of you. If anyone has any tips or motivational secrets, I'd love to hear them, as motivation to stick with it can be hard for me. Take Care!
