    2nd time to Atkins; 1st time at this site

    Hi ~

    My name is Buffie (no alias). I have been on Atkins before...lost about 25lbs. Now, two years later I have gained it back plus some. I am commited to making this my lifestyle. The folks I know that have kept it off for years; have made it a lifestyle.

    Anyway, I am glad to have found this site. It's nice to have support in this process. So many people are against this plan but, for a carb addict like me; it's the only way.
