    Hi,
    I found this site about a week ago and I found it very inspirational. Congratulations to all of you on being so successful with this diet.
    I started the diet on Monday. I had the awful cravings headaches several days ago but now they are gone and I am ready for my second week of induction.

    Congrats on your getting through the first week of induction, and your success.
