Hello all. I am new to the site and I would like to introduce myself. My name is Rob, but most call me bigROB. I have been on "atkins" for 9 weeks. I am in extended induction. In my experience if I am not completely submerged in extended induction, I tend to fail. I will move on to other phases when I am closer to my goal. I started 9 weeks ago at 395 and am currently at 358. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week. I lift and do 1 hour of cardio during each workout. I eat mostly fish, lean beef, chicken, and "approved vegetables". I eat half an avocado and take fiber supplements to stay regular. THanks to this site I discovered Diet Shasta. That is what keeps me sane. I was a six pack a day Diet Coke guy. Now I get 2 Caffeine free diet Grapefruit Shasta's a day. I drink two Grey Goose martini's a week, but only on days that I go to the gym. My goals are to be down 50lbs by Christmas, and my goal weight of 275 by summer time. I have known many people that ultimately failed on Atkins because of lack of support, and exercise. I am committed to exercise, and I will lean on you all for support. THanks in advance and I am looking forward to our time together.
