I'm Kim. I was here quite often this time last year and was going quite well, but then I let life get in the way and before I knew what happened I was knocking on the door of 290 again and totally out of control.
So I'm back and trying to get back in control. I"m on a tight schedule right now. I am bound and determined to be back to my weight of 255 by April 15 when I go back to NYC for a trip. That is when it all started going downhill for me last time and I am NOT going to let that happen again. I am furious with myself for wasting an entire year.
This morning I was down to 276. I had knee surgery on 1/14 after an injury at work and I am almost back to 100%. I am using the gym instead of PT and it is doing wonders for my mental health so far, but it's only been a week.
I missed this place and am glad to be back. I need the constant reminders of success. I'm so glad to see so many people that I remember and so many new faces as well.
