A NEW beginning!!

Hi Everyone!

I am starting tomorrow! I am cleaning out my cupboards and preparing my house today. I have always done weight watchers so this will be tough. I am excited though and can't wait to feel better and fit into my clothes again! My goal weight is 160. 15 lbs and I will be so so so happy!!!!!!

Once you get past the old way of thinking - this is easy.

Given you have so little to lose - follow the program and it should be a piece of scallop wrapped in bacon and fried in olive oil with broccoli in garlic-butter on the side!

Thanks so much! I made it through the first day!!!!! I am so excited! I did just stay home most of the day, so it was really easy. Tomorrow I have to go to work, so that will be the true test. I think I am ready though. Wish me luck and thanks for the support!
