    So here's my little story....
NCAA Divison 1 swimmer, Senior National team in trinidad....injured myself almost a yr and a half ago....i have always been "bigger" and it has always been a struggle for me to keep the weight off but even more so since the injury...i learned the hard way u cant eat whatever u want if ur not working out the saame haha

this just a chart of my weight fulictations throughout the yrs....
soph yr of hs to senior yr---168 to 190
start of college to now(3 semesters...) 183-230!

anyways i started induction yesterday...and honestly i was one of those people who needed to carbo load everyday to feel satified from al the workouts i did so i plan on doing induction for about 3 weeks min to 5 weeks....

i have a surgery planned to fix my injury in a couple of weeks
i just wanted to know from yall out there have u guys lost weight on atkins while limited psychially or living a sedentary life style?

you can, you probably have more muscle mass than most, which will help you.

exercise helps everything, so when you can get back to it, do so.
"I'm big boned" ...Um, nobody has bones that big....

Buffalo wings, not just for breakfast anymore.

Hey baby, how do you like bald fat guys with no money?

Welcome! Congratulations to you for starting this! Good for you!

How did you injure yourself? If it is an arm/shoulder type thing you can still walk/run so you can still do some exercise. I broke my ankle over a year ago and when I wasn't able to walk on it I could still do crunches and upper body work (not that I did much of it! I was really bad, but I could when I wanted to). Maybe you could still stay active even if you can't swim?

Hello and welcome to ADBB. Sorry to hear about your injury.
You definitely can lose weight without exercising on this WOE. It is obviously better if you do exercise and will tone you up as you lose fat but you have no choice for now. You should feel much better after a week on induction and your carb cravings fade... I was amazed how quickly it got my appertite and cravings under control. Good luck x
