Hi,
I'm a 21 year old from the UK looking to get back on the atkins track.
I fist started atkins about a year ago now, was on the forum then and it really helped. But I ended up giving up, it was too difficult, working all day I only got home at about 6.30 then I had to start cooking dinner, breakfast, lunch and snacks for the day after. I felt like when I was at home i did nothing but cook and think about food which made it so much harder, so I gave up about a month after starting.
Now I'm back at university, I have long days filled with not much and thought it would be an ideal time to get back into atkins. Because I'm always around the flat or not too far away I can cook food as and when.
I started today, my kitchen is empty of sugar and carbs, I have my big bottle of water and my pot of green tea. This time I'm gonna win
