Hey everyone! I am new and looking for a way to share my experiences as well as find some new ideas and motivation. I am a mom of three and so busy with them that I can't see straight, let alone join a gym....nor can I really afford things like Jenny Craig where you have to buy a particular type of food product....i have a hard enough time keeping enough food in the house in general with the way my kids are growing. Lately I have had some success using some supplements that have helped me feel better and get moving more. I tried the acai berry supplement...i read that it was supposed to help you with nutrition, vitamins/minerals/fiber etc...as well as being a natural appetite suppressant and energy booster.
anyway, I am close to being pre momma weight and i am really excited!! I look forward to reading and sharing and staying motivated!!
