i made this sn because i forgot what my other sn was and even what email address i used
anyways doesnt matter because i didnt post alot here..
so i did atkins a few months ago got sick but stuck with it and lost 12lbs.. i had one day left on the induction phase and was excited about moving on. that day i went with my husband for some important testing and we got into town late as soon as we parked at the hotel my stupid car broke down.. bummer.. so it was late no options for food around not even walking distance stuff so are only option was eating hotel food. i didnt ate unhealthy but it wasnt atkins friendly either!! err.. anyways soo those couple days down there stressing how to get home and how to get to our testing sites really sucked. so i got off plan from that day
then summer happened and i was off plan but still eating healthy.. too many beers and being lazy made me gain 10lbs.. so now with no distractions im ready to loose the 10lbs i gained and loose the rest of my weight!
i still havent figured out what goal weight id like to be so my first goal will be getting out of the overweight catagory for BMI after that we shall see but since im tall(5'9") im thinking 145 will be a good number for me..
