My name's Victoria. I'm 18 years old and a freshman in college. I go to school in New York City and I love it here. The only problem is... college is ruining my weight loss trend!
I have always been pretty chubby, fat, whatever. By the time I was in 8th grade, I'd hit 200 pounds. I was 220 around junior prom in highschool. I decided at the beginning of my senior year to lose weight. And I did. At senior prom, I was down to 185 pounds. Everything was going great. Then I went on vacation to Europe and... well, thank goodness all that happened was I stayed at the same weight. I contracted mono (thanks a lot to my boyfriend
) and lost my appetite for a couple weeks. I lost another 5 pounds. But when I got to college... man oh man did I blow it. I've gained at least 10 pounds in the past couple of months. It's because I'll let myself have a little treat like a kit kat bar, telling myself I'll work it off later at the gym, and then I completely lose it and get all sorts of garbage! No more! I'm cutting carbs, eating healthy, and getting back on track!
