My name is Nichola and I am so happy to find a place to come for support and advice. I was going to wait until January first as I do every year but I was thinking that so far in my life January first has not made much of a difference in my weight loss attempts. Instead December 4 is my day to change my life. My day to start believing that I can do what I want and need to do in order to make myself the person I know I can be. I know this is not going to be easy to do but nothing worth anything ever is. I look forward to achieving my goals and putting to rest the negative thoughts about my weight.
