Hello everyone!

I got a reminder in my email this evening of this site. It says the last time I visited was in March of 2007. So, since I have never posted this is my introduction. I turned to Atkins in 2003 and lost 30 pounds. Found out I was pregnant and removed myself from Atkins. I am now ready to try again. I am 29 years old. I have a beautiful 6 year old daughter named Brooke and a handsome 4 year old son named Kaleb. I am a stay at home mom. I have been with their father for 10 years and he is a truck driver along with being in the national guard, so we only see him 4 days a month if we are lucky. On top of that I am also a full time student. I plan on applying in our local nursing school in two semesters. I look forward to getting to know everyone and learning.

Hi, How is it going? I started with induction the same day you posted so I am wondering if you've started or are still in a planning phase?

I started the next morning after I posted. I am enjoying it so far. I had bought an Atkins daily planner when I lost the weight before so I went back in it and saw the foods that I was eating before so I could plan my grocery list. It helps me. I do not own a scale at the moment so I have no idea if I have lost anything. I feel like I have though. And I do stay pretty busy and stressed. I hope things are still going well with you.
