  • Third Times a Charm?

    Hello everyone.

This will be my third time starting Atkins.

Nov. 30th was my 20th birthday. And I am sick of being overweight.

My binge eating habbits thwarted my success the last 2 times, now im determined.

I pray I can keep my binge eating undercontroll.

I want to succeed so badly.

    Kristen

Take it one day at a time and you will find success! This forum is a great place to find friends and support. Don't forget to read the book, again and again to get a great understanding of the diet. Good Luck!
