  • I am a returning new person

I am trying to come back to Atkins. I went astray and it cost me a lot of pounds and depression. I tried hard last time and I struggled with loosing past a certain amount. I got very discouraged but yet here I am again. I miss the support group and need as many friends as I can get to help with this process. I need sample menus and some ideas to make the food more interested and not letting it get so blah by eating the same old same old things...

      Hi Nancy,
I know what you mean about eating the same old things. I have decided that I need to have lots of options this time around.
      Good luck

I am really discouraged...I have gained so much weight...I was in the hospial and still knowing what was wrong with me but I gained a lot of weight quickly since being out. I really need to loose weight for my own self and any suggestions on motivation will be greatly appreciated.
