Hello, I am new to board and live in Kansas City. I have done Atkins before and found it the easiest plan to follow, but after getting pregnant with baby #4 and 2 years of nursing I find myself bigger than I have ever been. I started induction December 5th and have lost 5 lbs and have also gotten a gym membership to Bally. I love reading all the inspiring stories and love before and after pics. I am a little disorganized with everything in life so I am not big on counting every single carb..but I am lucky enough to be able to eat the same things all the time without getting bored...(chicken, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese, baby spinach, alfalfa sprouts and of course when I need a crunch pork skins and french onion dip)...and I am obssessed with my keto strips and check them twice a day..they keep me feeling good.
