    Just wanted to say hello and thanks for the support that I have received so far. Today is day one for and yes it is kinda of hard. Not feeling hungry just deprived. I cant wait till I get that extra boost of energy that everyone is talking about and my craving for bread is gone.

Bread was always my favorite, but just focus on other foods you love and eat them. Post your menus in the Review my Menu section down below this and think how great its going to be, to be thin again

        :wave Just wanted to jump in and encourage you!! The first few days are challenging, but after that, you will be a new person! Eat when you're hungry, just eat LEGAL induction foods .. this is not a starvation deprived way of eating! Lots of great foods to enjoy and savor!!

        You can do it! Let us know how you're doing!
