hi, im a lurker who started on the morning 12/3 kind of half cocked and with dr atkins new diet cookbook but not the book i should have had. then i found you guys looking for the missing info. great group, fantastic info. i started at 42 year old, female, 5'8"1/2 and 203 pounds at the ymca in levi's only, and 6 days later i reweighed at 197! it's day 9 and my pants are falling off. i fell out once from something i couldn't figure out because i ate sugarfree jello and heavy cream the other days. but i popped back in about 20hours later, used a lot of sticks up waiting. im having trouble with water intake, god that stuff's bad, here it tastes like chlorinated dirt. and i haven't quite gotten past some tea and one cup of coffee a day, but maybe my body is so happy to be eating fat again that it's doesn't mind about the caffiene?
