    Hello everyone!!!

    I’m a proud parent of two beautiful daughters ages 17 and 3. I gained over 30 pounds with my last pregnancy and I gave myself 1 year to lose the weight. Well, it’s year number 3 and I haven’t lost anything. This will be a personal challenge and a lifestyle change, but I’m very determined to lose this weight.
    This will be the 5th day of the Induction phase for me and I feel pretty good.
    I have already lost 6 pounds J and I was in Ketosis within the third day.
    I lost some cravings for sweets and my energy level has taken off. I have not
    cheated and I’m pleased with my progress. I’m working out at the gym 3 to 4x a week and drinking plenty of water.

    good for you. Trust me even though I'm in my first week myself. I feel so much better not deprived like I used on the other diets. Keep it up, you deserve it.

    3rd mini goal>200 by end of march
    4th mini goal>185 by end of April
    5th mini goal>170 by end of may
    6th mini goal>155 by end of June
    7th and last goal>150 by end of July

    Can't wait to see the looks on their faces!!!!!

      Welcome to the board! You're right saying that this is a lifestyle change. Great attitude!
