Hi!!! My name is Adrienne from NC and I am new here. I am 268 years old, with a busy life. I am a third grade teacher, I tutor part time on Mondays and Wednesdays, I have church on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and Sunday, and I occasionally babysit. From January to about May of this year I lost about 20 pounds, working out at the gym 3-4 days a week and "trying" to monitor what I ate. But I had a 4 year relationship to end in a nasty way and stopped going to the gym and being active. I've gained some of the weight back but not all of it.....I need to lose the weight again, because when I lost all the weight, I bought new clothes and am unable to fit in them now..and I refuse to buy anymore. I have attempted to do Atkins before, but I love sweets and snacks..plus I get so hungry when I am on it...I am hoping that this time will be different....I really need the support to do it and stay doing it......I look forward to reading all the posts and interacting with everyone......
