  • Hello...

    Hello, i am 24 years old, have a 7year old, and 1 year old. Most of my life i've been battling with weight, yo-yo dieting, exercising, diet pills, and many other low fat diets.
    Sincerely i am tired of not having a stable weight where i feel comfortable buying clothes taht are actually gonna last me a long time if not a lifetime.

    I am currently 150 lbs and height is 5'3". I have lost almsot all the baby weight over this past year, so i am literally back to my pre-pregnancy weight, however i want to loose about 10 more lbs so that i can look my best and also be healthy.

    Any advice on how to conquer the cravings and any other advice is greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to ADBB. I think following the induction to a T is a good way to get rid of cravings. Are you exercising? That may help with keeping weight down once you have reached your goal.
