  • Hello

    I just joined the board today. I've been on my diets and workout programs in my life. I never seem to stick with anything, but I've had some major weight losses...only to gain it back! I've been on the Atkins diet successfully a couple of times and I like it.

    So I'm trying something different by joining this board for support and discussion. Thanks for having me!
