Hi there newbie here

Starting with the induction tommorrow!!!! so any advice or guidence would be great


Anyhow my names claire im just 23 and im a little chubby to say the least i cant wait to start this diet and hopefully enjoy loosing these unwanted pounds i have lost some weight so far but its getting to a point where i need structure and help
I need to loose about 4 stones if anyone wants to join me and buddy up let me know

Good luck to you! I was concerned about starting before the holidays but we'll be ahead of the 'new years' dieters by starting now.
