hello. i have been reading through this whole board for days and find in very inspiring. i am here to get back on track - i am 58 years old and have fought with my weight all of my life. i thought i had won the battle and had kept my weight down to a size 6 for 3 years and then developed a miserable condition called reactive hypoglycemia, the weight is rolling back, fast and furiously, the atkins diet is highly recommended for this condition and after reading all the info i can get my hands on, i am truly hoping that the atkins will be the answer.

Re: day1, my story

To a great site with some of the most supportive and Atkins educated folks on the face of the planet! Am I coming accross as biased? *LOL*
I wish you the very best with your weight loss goals. Low carbing is such a great cure-all for many conditions. You should start a journal and jump right in so we can offer encouragement and support on a more personal basis.
