Hi Everyone, I'm a 32 year old mom of a 2 year old and I weigh 224 pounds. (More than I did when I was 9 months pregnant.)
I'm still floored that I actually weigh this much, but after taking a few pictures I understand it's a reality. I remember the days when I was 160 and complaining constantly how fat I was!
So, here it goes, I'm on the third day of the diet and I think I've been doing pretty well, except for the coffee and sweet n low. Will this endulgence really hinder my progress?
Thanks in advance for your support, I feel inspired by everyone's stories.
Current Weight: 224
Mini Goal: 210 (by February)
Mini Goal: 200 (by March)
Mini Goal: 190 (by April)
Final Goal: 150 (by Summer)

Coffee may or may not affect you....only you will be able to tell. How about switching over to decaf? then slowly add hi-test back in and see if it hinders you. Good luck!
