hi everyone. today is my first day on Atkins, Ive actually started then stopped a couple days later. so today is my official day and i plan on sticking with it for a long time. my current weight is about 267 ( haven't weighed myself in two weeks) as i stated in my title i am a recovering bulimic, i have been through alot, by myself, and this year ive decided to finally change all of that. i love that atkins let me eat all i want and not have to count calories. i eat untill im satisfied, and i feel good not too full. today ive eaten tuna with some cheddar cheese
and chcken with lettuce.
im going on vacation to the dominican republic may 27'th 2009 and i want to look amazing, since my ex ( who has treated me like crap, and i finally kicked to the curb) will be there. and also i want to stop being bulimic and lose weight the healthy way. my goal is to get down to 160. by may i want to get down to atleast 200 pounds.
and chcken with lettuce.
