Hey everyone. So, I've decided to give this a shot. I'm having some serious carb craving issues!!!!!since that's about all I normally eat- I'm not a huge meat fan, so I'm really looking forward to adding tons of veggies to the diet. I'm really hoping these first 14 days are a life-saver, since I have upcoming wedding for a friend that I'd really like to be able to WEAR MY MOH DRESS TO.
Teehee. Don't get me wrong- I'm not in this for a crash diet. I just need some help with my will power,
because some rice is sounding really good..... It helps to have a good recipe website I can raid for low carb ideas;
~~~~~But I need some ideas for snacks. Hunger pangs are the pits. Can anyone help me? Is there a thread already in here somewhere?
