Hi there! I'm new to this site and Atkins and am really excited to start the new year to a new me! I love how everyone on this site encourages each other. I have lost 6 pounds so far, but seem to be stuck. Any ideas? I tried tae bo, but hurt myself, so I'm giving that a break and just doing some basic aerobics. I also purchased some L-carnatine that I saw mentioned in the atkins book. I'll keep you posted. thanks and have a great year!





Any ideas on a good exercise that has brought results? Oh, and congrats on your weight loss. I see your pictures at the bottom of the post. Impressive!
