Hi guys and happy new year. I have been here before and did well, but then got off track and gained the weight back. I am not one for new year's resolutions, but I was with my cousin, aunt, and sister last night and we all decided that we would all start today and hopefully it would be the last time we all had to start! Some goals I need to accomplish over the next couple of days (but hopefully today):
1. Take a starting picture
2. Take measurements
3. Set up signature & mini-goals
4. Make sure I have cleaned out all non-atkins food
