    Intro 2ndx@!

    Hello all, this is my second time around on the Atkins Way of Life, and Lord willing I am here to stay. My name is Tessa, about 3 years ago I lost 35 lbs on atkins which put me at 175 which was an adult lifetime low for me. I am currently 220, I started Akins for the second time on Christmas Day at 226 lbs. I can't wait to see 175 again or 1 anything again. Good Luck & God Bless to all of you!
