    But this low carb think works for me. I did it 3 years back... I fell off and gained the weight back slowly. I started out @ around 240 6 months in i lost about 45 pounds with no exercise and alot of drinking and cheating. not to bad eh?....This time I started out at the same weight but I added exercise 3 times a week and alot of water. 1 1/2 weeks in I have lost 20 pounds so yeah hears to atkins

    Welcome to the board! I'm so glad you chose to share your journey with us...welcome home! Please make yourself at home and post around the board visiting the challenges, STAC, journal chats, and journal stats forum as well. Congrats on the -20 pounds you've lost so far....that's great. Exercise is certainly required and that's proof right there for you that it works.
