I lost 10 pounds on Atkins the first week of October and though I stuck with it for the next 10 weeks, I lost only three more pounds. But felt great, lots of energy and no food hang overs. Went off track with some Christmas junk which made me feel awful. So am back today with the "fat fast" and new determination. Have signed up with a personal trainer for three times a week starting Monday. Goal is to lose 25 pounds. And to feel better again.
